Ghana BBoys Network Holds “Boot 4 Boot” Workshop

The Ghana Bboys Network in association with Power Pack Studios held their first ever Bboy workshop on Saturday, 23rd February 2019.

The event dubbed ‘BOOT 4 BOOT BBOY WORKSHOP”, which was held at the power pack studios in Kotobabi saw massive attendance from Ghanaian dancers.

The Boot 4 Boot breaking workshop is aimed at changing the mindset of older generations of Ghanaian bboys and to usher the new generation of bboys into the Bboy Culture.

According to Bboy Lyricx, an Organiser of the workshop who spoke To Tieghanaonline, he believes that with the pace at which other parts of the world are catching up with the Bboy (Dance) culture, Ghana would produce strong Bboy brands if we shift attention to it.

The workshop which included warmup aerobics, history of Bboy culture, Bboying foundations, showcase, cypher session and brain storming moment with the likes of previous Redbull BC one participants Bboy Flip of elevated Bboys , Bboy Wezzy of elevated Bboys , Bboy Ice of Bugi Bust dance crew among others.

The Ghana Network Of Bboys wishes to hold periodic breaking seminars of this nature to keep members updated on the latest developments in the culture.

Thanks to the likes of High spirit Dance (Malta Guinness street dance winner Season 3) , Bugi Bust ( Malta Guinness street dance winner Season 4), Heroz Dance Crew ( Malta Guinness street dance reigning champions S5) and
Elevated Bboys and all Ghana Bboys and Bgirls for making the workshop a success.
