Nakeeyat Dramani Appointed Ambassador For Sanitation And Water Resources

Talented Kidz Season 10 winner, Nakeeyat Dramini has bagged an ambassadorial deal in addition to the mouthwatering life time scholarship granted to her by Ghanaian millionaire, Dr Kofi Abban (the facilitator of the historic peace between Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale).

The 7-year-old rising star has now been appointed the ambassador for Sanitation and Water Resources by the Ministry of Sanitation and Water Resources on a 2-year ambassadorial role to champion the sanitation fight.

Having honoured an invitation to the Ministry for Sanitation and Water Resources on Wednesday, June 11, 2019, has been presented with a citation to officially unveil her as an ambassador of Sanitation.

The minister for Sanitation, Hon. Cecilia Abena Dapaah who bestowed the ambassadorial title on the Talented Kids winner praised her for achievements as the winner. Nakeeyat Dramani, in turn, recited a poem she had composed for sanitation in Ghana to the minister.

A congratulatory message signed by Honorable Cecilia Dapaah reads “On behalf of His Excellency the President of the Republic of Ghana and the Ministry of Sanitation and Water Resources, and on my own behalf, I congratulate you Miss Nakeeyat Abdul Dramani Sam for emerging as the winner of the 2019 TV3 Talented Kids Season 10 competition.

“Your extraordinary performance needs commendation. Your message touched on critical national environmental issues which many Ghanaians overlook. Your presentation highlighted the need to protect our precious water bodies and the environment as a whole.

“To this end, the Ministry of Sanitation and Water Resources is proud to appoint you Nakeeyat Abdul Dramani Sam as a Sanitation Ambassador for the next 2 years”.

Nakeeyat emerged the overall winner at the Season 10 of Talented Kidz and for her prize, she took home an amount GHC10,000, a 15,000 educational fund, an all-expense paid trip to the United Kingdom, and many souvenirs from sponsors of the show.
