The infamous comment which is attracting a host of reactions on social media has also sparked the attention of the 2016 VGMA Artiste of the Year, E.L.
In response to Shatta Wale’s description of Ghana as a village, E.L referred to a famous statement, a former president of the United States of America, John F. Kennedy made during his inaugural address as the 35th President of the United States in 1961.
E.L apparently urged Shatta Wale to consider the former US President’s statement by spearheading a developmental cause for the betterment of Ghana and not just highlighting our challenges and mounting pressure on the nation’s leaders to act.
