The event which was organized by rapper Medikal as many music lovers, fans and Ghanaians grace the event.

The historic moment saw fans go crazy over Eazzy's performance as she went topless making the crowd lit up more and more.

She also delivered a very major performance to her fans and Ghanaians.

Eazzy performed her major hit "Away" with rapper Medikal which got the fans roaring her up lyrics after lyrics.
