Ghana’s king of Prime Time comedy Kweku Sintim-Misa popularly known as KSM has called out Ghanaian actors, actresses and industry players as not serious people for failing to bring out good work.
KSM who was speaking in an interview with Kumasi-based Fox Fm, disclosed that “the work ethics in Ghana is very bad. Nobody is time conscious. When you call your crew in the morning at 6 O’clock am for production, they may not even be available by 8aAm. You call them after and they will be giving you a different location all over. It is so bad”.

He sighted an example where he revealed that a director for a particular production house was late to set for the day.
When asked to comment about the complaint most of these movie production houses give of no money to fund their movies he stated that money is not always the problem when it comes to quality production.
“It’s not just about money, sometimes we should get people who really understand the job, its innovations and also good actors and actress to help in producing high-quality movies. Therefore our work ethics actually plays a major role in producing good movies”, he stressed
