In My Prime, I Was The Richest In Ghana But I Was Mute – Kwadee Warns Shatta Wale

Ghanaian rapper Jerry Anaba popularly known as Okomfo Kwadee has disclosed that his name can never be omitted when making reference to richest artistes in Ghana.

According to him, he was the richest artiste during his prime. He became Ghana’s finest artiste in 2000s after his hit debut album named after himself “Kwadee” became the people’s favourite because of his ingenuity and captivating story-telling style of rap.

In a recent interview, the hibernated rapper indicated that during his peak (the 2000s), he was playing shows everywhere and even became the first Ghanaian artiste to be paid GH¢3000.

He proceeded by saying that he had all the riches but he never made people know about it. Okomfo Kwadee took the opportunity to advise artistes who like flaunting their wealth on social media to desist from that.

Speaking to pulse, the rapper said that it is not necessary for an artiste to put their properties in public perhaps he said this with Shatta Wale in mind because he’s found of flaunting his “chicken change property” as in the voice of Sarkodie.
