It takes one thing to be talented and another to be recognized especially in the game of showbiz. In Ghana for instance, there are a bunch of talented musicians not excluding rapper Gemini Orleans but they’re relatively known for obvious reasons.
For how on earth could Patapaa becomes the talk of Ghana? Someone who can’t be counted among musicians because he just talks on beat as in the voice of Zapp Mallet, a renowned sound engineer.
Surprisingly, Patapaa is still relevant thanks to another ‘senseless’ music he churned out recently dubbed, ‘Skopatumana’, the verse on Biov’s ‘Daavi Ne Ba’ song.
Back to the subject matter, Gemini Orleans has fired some shots at both Kwesi Arthur and Medikal over their sudden arrogance in the Ghanaian rap game.
The ‘underrated’ rapper in a recent interview revealed that both Medikal and Kwesi Arthur have got hit songs which he can’t take from them. He however fired that when it comes to real rap, the two stars are no where near him.
He would have been a world asset if Ghanaians gave him the needed recognition but as earlier said, it takes one thing to be talented and another to be recognized. Regardless many blame his tongue twisting style of rap for his retarded career.
